You’ve seen the HGTV shows where you’re shown an uninteresting or obsolete home — then the designer opens his laptop and shows you what it could become—that’s what I do.
Process
01.
Informational interview
This is an enjoyable conversation – where we can explore, discover and discuss ideas, needs, and budgets. There is no cost for this first step. If we decide to move forward, we will enter into a design agreement and move to develop a concept.
02.
Develop a concept
After a thorough survey of existing structures and systems, I create realistic images of what your remodeled space could look like. After some back-and-forth, we’ll finalize the concept and begin the working drawings.
03.
Complete working drawings
Finally, the concept becomes a set of detailed construction drawings and specifications. You’ll make selections and start talking to reputable remodeling contractors for bids.
Tim has a gift for listening to people’s needs and then putting together an affordable plan to meet those needs. The finished product is even better than we envisioned. Our family loves it!
